Racing Season Sponsorship

Night Promotional                                                                                                                                         $1,000.00

                This option puts your business name on the nights racing event.  You will be allowed to hang banners at the track for the night.  Your business will be named on all weekly race programs and special announcements regarding your business will be made before, after, and during each event.  Your business will be included in our weekly newspaper ad as feature race promoter.  You will receive 20 adult grandstand admission tickets good for your night only.

Sign Boards                                                                                                                                       

This option allows you to hang a sign board on the back of the grandstands, or infield of the track (if available) for the entire year.   Everyone who enters the grandstand area will see your ad…You can furnish your own sign, or we have a preferred sign company that we use that will contact you upon request.

Trophy Sponsor                                                                                                                                                                $250.00

                This option allows you to purchase trophies for a designated class for the whole season.  As a  sponsor, your name will be announced at every event throughout the season.  Trophies are handed out for each division on every race night.  Arrangements must be made with track owner as to availability of this option as some classes have continuing sponsors.

Additional Purse Sponsor                                                                                                                            $300.00/or ?

This option allows you to add $300.00 or the amount of your choice special prize money to one of the following:

• The main event purse,
•  Winner of each class, or
• The top three finishers of each class.

Your business will be promoted during the course of the event.

Banner                                                                                                                                                                 $300.00 ea.

                The size and placement of your banner is to be agreed upon.  Your banner will be hung   by the staff.  Your choice of placement location includes grandstand entrance, pit entrance, pit area, or midway. 

*special race night may be added for $1000.00...this option you will receive 20 adult grandstand admission tickets for that night only.
